The Functional Teams are responsible for

• Providing insight and suggestions to Data Migration Team as needed
• Evaluating workflow and configuration questionnaires provided by Ex Libris to assist in their work configuring Alma/Primo
• Identifying areas where cross-team collaboration is needed
• Providing regular status updates internally and externally
• Identifying unmet training needs
• Assisting with documentation of local processes
