British Library's Ethos - Electronic Theses Online Service Unrestricted Access Some full text available 
The British Library provides an index to over 250,000 theses produced in the United Kingdom.  About 38,000 of the 250,000 theses have been digitized. In cooperation with CRL, the British Library has digitized over 400 theses focusing on the Middle East, Islamic studies, and related subjects.
